When you schedule and pay for 12 facials (appt. every 4-5 weeks) in advance - receive the following special discounts:

Anti-aging facial $125.00 each x 12 months=$1,500.00

Purchase a 12 month Anti-aging facial package for $1,100.00

Micro-dermabrasion facial $125.00 each x 12 months=$1,500.00

Purchase a 12 month Micro. facial package for $1,100.00

*May not be combined with any other offer (I.e. CAN NOT use SpaFinder gift cards, Chvasta gift cards, Christmas party offers or other Chvasta offers including the Frequent Facial or Refer a Friend cards to pay for the facial club).

*Must book facial appointments every 4-5 Weeks within 1 calendar year.

*For no shows or last minute cancellations, 1 facial will be redeemed for that month.

*Payments must be paid in full (I.e. no payment plan) before starting facial series.

*NO REFUND once facial package is purchased CREDIT ONLY 

(I.e Credit may be used toward facials, products and body treatments only. Credit MAY NOT be used toward pedicures).

*Non-transferrable.

*Facial Club packages DO expire after 1 calendar year.
